Table tennis player Paul Drinkhall is the next Olympian to put you through your paces on Workout Wednesday. Give his leg power circuit a go!
Workout:
High knees (10 - 30s)
Squats OR squat jumps (10 - 30s)
Lunges OR jumping lunges (10 - 30s)
Skater jumps (10 - 30s)
Explosive jumps (10 - 30s)
Balancing toe taps (10 - 30s)
10s break between each exercise.
Repeat circuit 2-4 times (depending on fitness level), with 2 minute rest after each round.
