Workout: 1. Bridge (x20 double leg or x10 single leg each side) 2. Monster walks (x10 both directions) 3. Lunges (x10 each side) 4. Single leg RDL (x10 each side) 5. Calf raises (x20 double leg or x10 single leg each side) 6. Wall squat (30 seconds hold)
Repeat the circuit four times.
