Workout:
Hollow body holds (3x 30s hold)
Back extension holds (3x 30s hold)
Side plank raises (3x 12 reps each side)
Toe Taps (3x 10 reps - rock forwards and backwards or 3x 10 reps Toe Taps)
(aim for a 30s hold)
