Five Core Exercises with Adam Burgess

Take six minutes out of your day to try canoe slalom athlete, Adam Burgess’s five core exercises - there’s variations to suit all abilities!

Workout:

  1. Hollow body holds (3x 30s hold)

  2. Back extension holds (3x 30s hold)

  3. Side plank raises (3x 12 reps each side)

  4. Toe Taps (3x 10 reps - rock forwards and backwards or 3x 10 reps Toe Taps)

  5. (aim for a 30s hold)
