Arabesque (x8 on each leg)
Dead bugs (x8 each side)
Glute bridge (x8)
Glute bridges marches (x8 each side)
Bird dog (x8 each side)
Four point kneeling bent knee lift (x8 each side)
Do 3/4 sets, with 1 minute rest in between sets.
