Alex Wise's Full Body Workout

British archer Alex Wise has got a full body workout for you to try on Workout Wednesday – it's suitable for all abilities:

Workout:

  • Squats (x20)

  • Burpees (x20)

  • Mountain climbers (30 seconds)

  • Step up knee raises (x10 each side)

  • Plank twists (x10 each side) OR static plank (30 seconds)

Repeat circuit 3 times, with 2-3 minute rest after each round.
