Rule 40 Guidelines

Athletes, agents, athlete sponsors and NGBs should all be aware of Rule 40, which governs the way in which athletes (and their sponsors) can use their image or attributes in advertising during the Games Period for Tokyo 2020 (14 July 2020 – 11 August 2020). 

The BOA anticipates the publication of newly revised Rule 40 guidelines in full in March.
