Ed McKeever held off Spaniard Saul Craviotto to claim World Cup gold in Poznan, while K2 pair Liam Heath and Jon Schofield also held their nerve to win a nail-biting silver medal.
McKeever made a fine start in his 200m category despite powering into a strong headwind, and took the gold medal in a time of 36.92 seconds - the only racer to record a time under 37 seconds.
Heath and Schofield made a poor start allowing French pair Arnaud Hybois and Sebastien Jouve an early lead, and although it proved too much to make up, the British pair clinched second after a photo-finish with Canada and Denmark.
GB performance director John Anderson said: "It was fantastic to see our athletes make the podium today. It is great to see our most consistent athletes are still delivering at the highest level in what is the first big race of the season."
