With more than 350 athletes set to compete at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and hundreds more joining to support our athletes, have you ever wondered how Team GB managed to provide kit for all its stars?
The process has now been completed with 833 people passing through ‘Kitting Out’ at Birmingham’s NEC over the last three weeks.
That saw more than 48,000 pieces of stock distributed – including 3444 shoes, 7396 pairs of socks and 1545 hats.
