Welcome to the Recruitment page of the British Olympic Association (BOA)
The BOA is officially recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the National Olympic Committee (NOC) for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, with responsibility for the conduct and management of all Olympic-related activity in those countries. The BOA’s primary responsibility is to select, lead and support Team GB on their journey to and during, the Olympic Winter Games, the Olympic Games the Youth Olympic Games and other IOC designated events including the European Youth Olympic Festivals and the European Games.
The British National Governing Bodies for Olympic sport comprise the membership of the BOA. The BOA seeks to support and serve this membership by being a strong, independent and credible voice of British Olympic Sport within the UK and internationally.
The BOA’s Board of Directors are predominantly made up of elected representatives from the Olympic sports as well as International Olympic Committee Members and Non-Executive Directors as well as the Chair of the BOA Athletes Commission. The BOA is an independent and privately funded organisation that relies mainly upon the income it receives from commercial programmes as well as fundraising and events.

Digital Strategy Manager
The British Olympic Association are recruiting for an exciting position within our Digital team, fixed term through to 30 September 2020. The Digital Strategy Manager will own and develop the process to commercialise the BOA’s digital assets, with specific reference to digital packages for partners in the build up to and during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

British Olympic Foundation Trustee
The British Olympic Foundation (BOF) is the charitable arm of the British Olympic Association, responsible for the development of the Olympic Movement, its ideals and values and encouraging participation in and awareness of Olympic sport within the UK.
The Foundation aims to create learning opportunities for young people through sport as well as education to encourage personal development, fair play and personal excellence. With a variety of initiatives including an education programme, sports camps, workshops, conferences, international exchanges and educational resources, the BOF aims to touch young people's lives with the Olympic dream from primary through to university level students.
The BOF is looking to recruit 1 to 2 trustees with particular interest in those with skills in either fundraising and sponsorship or teaching / education. Through this recruitment the BOF is recruiting trustees with the view that they may become the Chair in the future.
