Shona McCallin was part of the history-making women's hockey team at Rio 2016, who collected their first ever Olympic gold medal.
The team won all eight of their matches at the Games before seeing off defending champions The Netherlands in the final via a dramatic penalty shootout.
McCallin rose rapidly through the national junior ranks after turning in impressive performances at an array of levels.
She picked up more than 80 caps at under-16, 18 and 21 level as well as claiming four European Championship medals.
Shona led England’s under-21s to fourth at the 2013 Junior World Cup and made her debut for the senior Great Britain team in the same year.
