Goalkeeper Rosemary Morris is among the longest serving members of the British women’s team, having made her senior international debut in 2004.
Rosie was named goalkeeper of the tournament at the European B Championships in 2007 as Great Britain claimed silver. In 2012 she was selected for Team GB, helping them to finish eighth in Britain’s women’s water polo team Olympic debut.
In 2013 she was promoted to team captain and led the British squad to their first World Championships for ten years, playing in every game as the Brits finished 13th. Domestically, Rosie has gone on to win back to back British Championships for Liverpool Lizards which included a 100% record in the league.
