Competing in men's Curling, Peter Loudon made his Olympic debut at the Salt Lake City Games in 2002. The team finished seventh.
During his career, he won three Scottish Championships, two European Championships, one as an alternate (fifth man), and played a major part in the winning of the 1999 World Championship.
Loudon started Curling at the age of 14, and also has much experience as a coach. He coached the ladies curling team in the 1992 Albertville Olympic Winter Games.
