Moe Sbihi was a professional rower by the age of 15 and helped the men's eight team to successive silver medals in the 2010 and 2011 World Championships. 

In 2012, the Kingston-upon-Thames athlete won a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in London and a year later added a World Championship gold. 

In 2014 and 2016 he won men's four gold at the European Championships and gold in the same event at the World Championships before becoming victorious with the men's eight once more in 2015.

For the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Sbihi moved into the men's four and claimed a fifth consecutive gold for Team GB in the event with victory in Brazil.
