Windsor’s Jonathan Edwards, CBE is a former triple jumper who represented Great Britain and dominated the event in the 90s.
He is a former Olympic, World, Commonwealth and European champion, and broke the world record in the event in 1995 in Gothenburg.
He was the first man to break the 18-metre barrier in the event and although he missed out on gold in Atlanta in 1996, he made up for it four years later in Sydney.
