Duncan Scott showed off his burgeoning talent during the 2014 Commonwealth Games where he helped Scotland to 4x200m freestyle gold before picking up 4x100m freestyle gold with Team GBR at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing.
A year later, the Glasgow-born swimmer proved those results were no fluke as he left the 2015 European Games in Baku with six medals.
This included gold in the 100m and 200m freestyle and in the 4x100m freestyle relay, before securing relay gold at the World Championships later the same year.
Scott came home with two silvers from his senior Olympic debut at Rio 2016 and added a gold and silver to his medal haul at the World Championships in Kazan the following year.
2018 was a podium-filled year for Scott, who incredibly claimed six medals at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, including 100m freestyle gold, before taking home three golds and a silver from the European Championships in Scotland.
