BIOGRAPHY

David Carry was the oldest member of the British Swimming team taking part at London 2012 in what was his third Olympic Games.

He made his debut in Athens, swimming in the 4x200m freestyle relay quartet before making his individual bow at the Beijing Games in 2008, finishing 15th.

David's greatest successes have come at the Commonwealth Games for Scotland, winning 400m freestyle and 400m individual medley gold as well as 4x200m freestyle silver at the 2006 Games before adding 400m free bronze and 4x200m free relay silver in at Delhi 2010.
