Team GB’s modern pentathletes enjoyed a day to remember in Krakow, securing three medals and two Paris 2024 quota places on the penultimate day of the European Games.
Olivia Green got the day off to a flyer as she clinched women’s bronze courtesy of a superb run that hauled her onto the podium.
That was swiftly followed up with silver from Olympic and world champion Joe Choong in the men’s event, before the additional results of Myles Pillage and Charles Brown sealed men’s team gold.
Both individual results also punched two tickets for Paris, with the top eight finishers in the men’s and women’s events sealing quota spots.
