Percy and Simpson move into lead

Olympic champions Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson have moved into the overall lead on the fourth day of the French World Cup regatta at Hyeres after claiming two race wins out of three.

The pair, who won gold in the Star class in Beijing, were joined at the top of the standings by the Paralympic Sonar trio of John Robertson, Hannah Stodel and Steve Thomas after three top-five finishes.

Percy said: "We won two races but we should have won three. We certainly had the speed to, but it got very patchy and light in the last race and we just got a bit unlucky on the last run."
