Couch claims another medal in Kazan

Tonia Couch marked the final day of action in Kazan by securing her second bronze medal of the Diving World Series event.

Couch, who finished third alongside Sarah Barrow in the 10m synchro on Friday, doubled up on Sunday by taking her place on the podium in the women’s 10m platform.

The 25-year-old finished with a score of 360.30 points to finish behind Canadian Meaghan Benfeito and China's Ruolin Chen in Russia.

Tom Daley followed up that event by competing in the men’s 10m platform final but he narrowly missed out on a medal.

The London 2012 bronze medallist had finished first in his semi-final but his score of 523.20 in the afternoon was not enough as China’s Bo Qiu went on to claim gold.
