Biography

Ric Egington has won two gold medals with the men’s four since Beijing and returned to the eight at London 2012 in the same boat in which he claimed silver in 2008.

He counts boxer Ricky Hatton as his sporting hero and he always wears his lucky earring when competing.

At the 2012 Olympics in London Egington won bronze in the men's eight.
