Natasha Jonas had the honour of becoming the first British female boxer in history to qualify for the Olympics after she reached the semi-finals of the 2012 World Championships.

Liverpool FC supporter Jonas had to see off tough competition from fellow Brits Amanda Coulson and Chantelle Cameron to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
