Biography

Muhammad goes into the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games (YOG) having picked up a silver medal at the AIBA Youth World Championships in Sofia this April.

The victory over American boxer Shakur Stevenson sealed the 17-year-old’s spot for Nanjing 2014 and capped off a successful championships for Great Britain, who left with two medals and three boxers achieving qualification for YOG.

The Keighley-born fighter is also a GB champion and will fight in the 52kg weight category in Nanjing.
