Luke Lennon-Ford achieved the Olympic A standard when he took three tenths off his personal best in Geneva in June but will run in just the relay at London 2012. His sporting hero is coach Linford Christie and his first Olympic memory is his gold medal run in Barcelona 20 years ago.
