Biography

Jon Schofield, from Clitheroe, was a successful wildwater canoeist before making the switch to sprint kayaking in 2007. He won the world junior wildwater title in 2002 and the senior European title in 2007 and has had much success sprint kayaking in the K2 200m with Liam Heath.

Schofield attended Loughborough University, graduating in June 2010 with a degree in human biology.
