Chris Thompson’s finest hour to date came at the 2010 European Championships when he claimed silver behind Mo Farah in the 10,000m. After struggling with niggling injuries in 2011 Thompson was unable to contest the World Championships in Daegu. He is a big Oasis fan and his favourite food is pizza.
