Billy grew up in Southampton where he learnt to snowboard on the dryslope in 2005. When he was 17 he did his first season in Morzine.
Billy won his first British Big Air Championship in 2009 and racked up further achievements on the World Cup circuit during the 2012/13 season.
In the Sierra Nevada FIS World Cup Finals at the end of 2013 he took 3rd place on the podium, meaning that he finished an impressive second on the World Ranking List.
Outside of snowboarding, Billy is into skateboarding, gymnastics, pingpong and motorcross.
