Adam Brown made his Olympic debut at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. He swam in the 4x100m freestyle relay team who placed eighth. At the 2009 World Championships Brown was a member of the 4x100m freestyle relay team who finished seventh, he also competed in the 50m freestyle and finished 40th. Brown was first selected for GB in 2005 & won relay gold at European Youth Olympics the same year. He took the 100m freestyle silver medal and was 2008 British Champion. His favourite sports other than swimming are football & rugby.Brown returned to the UK late in 2011 after more than two years spent at Auburn University in America. He ranks his best achievement as reaching the 50m freestyle semifinal at the Shanghai World Championships in 2011.
