In 2011, Abdul Buhari improved his personal best by six metres to reach his first major championships in Daegu.Buhari’s first Olympic memory is watching Linford Christie at Barcelona 1992 and he has acting ambitions when his athletic career is over. He finished second behind Lawrence Okoye when both competed in the UKA event at the BUCS Championships.
