What is the Team GB House?

The ultimate hositality venue to experience the magic of Team GB at the Olympic Games, away from the competition venues.

Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Team GB athletes past and present as you enjoy live action on the big screen, exclusive Olympian meet & greets, money-can’t-buy giveaways, live entertainment, refreshments, and lots more.

Team GB House is the base for all Team GB athletes, so there will always be athletes in the House. They will also participate with the activity on stage, so you will see and hear from Olympians during the evening.

Open to the fans for the first time ever, every day from the Opening Ceremony (26 July) to the Closing Ceremony (11 August).

Do I need an Olympic ticket to enter?

No, you only need a Team GB House ticket to enter Team GB House

I have an Olympic ticket, can I come into the House?

All visitors need a valid Team GB House ticket.

I am volunteering or working at the Games, can I come to the House?

We would love to see you at the House, please note you need to purchase a Team GB House ticket to enter.

I’ve not booked travel to Paris yet, have I left it too late?

You are not too late! There are various ways of travelling to Paris:- Eurostar train tickets are on sale from 7th November 2023.

Alternatively you can drive or take a ferry across the Channel (though please note there is no parking at the House).

Or you can fly! Most of the major airlines fly to Paris.

Which athletes will be at the Team GB House? Which one will I meet?

Due to their busy schedule of competition we aren’t able to confirm exact details of which Olympic athletes will be at the House on a particular day.

What will the experience will be like?

You can expect a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Team GB House: the ultimate place to experience the magic of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games away from the competition venues.

Open to fans for the first time ever, Team GB House will run every day from the Opening Ceremony (26 July) to the Closing Ceremony (11 August).

What food and drink is included in my ticket?

Bronze ticket holders have one glass of Nyetimber and up to six soft drinks included. A bar will be running where you are welcome to purchase additional food or drink.

Silver (adult) and gold ticket holders have one glass of Nyetimber and a further six drinks included, four of which can be wine (by the glass) or beer (25cl). We do want you to enjoy your experience responsibly! These tickets also include a meal consisting of min. Two courses or dishes, served throughout the evening. A bar will be running where you are welcome to purchase additional food or drink.

Silver child tickets include up to three soft drinks and a meal consisting of min. 2 courses or dishes, served throughout the evening.

Will dietary requirements or allergies be
accommodated?

Yes. We will ask for any dietary requirements or allergy information when we distribute your tickets via mobile ticketing, closer to Games-time.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the House will be nut-free

Will food and drink be available to buy?

Yes, a range of food and drink options will be available to purchase during the event. Please note that only card payments will be accepted (no cash) in venue.

Will you use strobe lighting?

No strobe lighting will be used.

Will I get to meet an athlete? Which one?

Team GB House is the base for all Team GB athletes so there will always be athletes in the House, they will also participate with the activity on stage, so you will see and hear from Olympians during the evening. If you have purchased a Gold ticket then you will have the chance to meet and talk to an Olympian during the evening, our staff will facilitate this.

Will I have a seat?

The Team GB Lounge will have plenty of seats. However, you will only have a seat reserved for you if you purchase a gold ticket.

Can I buy official merchandise?

Yes, the Team GB Shop will be open during the session and you will be able to choose from a range of items. Please note the Shop will only accept card payments.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa is the preferred method for Team GB House, but you can also pay by MasterCard or Amex.

Why do I need to create an account to buy a ticket?

Creating an account is a much more secure way of processing your transaction, and it also enables you to log back in at a later date to view your order.

Why do I have to pay a booking fee?

We're working with a trusted third party, SECUTIX, to power the Team GB House ticket website. This enables us to provide you with a secure and simple way to buy your Team GB House ticket.

The £1.95 booking fee covers the cost of their system.

How secure is my information?

All payment information is collected via our secure server. Credit card details are encrypted to keep them safe from unauthorized parties. Our web servers are protected by state of the art firewall technology to prevent hackers from accessing customer and payment details.

Your payment details will be collected on a secure page that uses SSL encryption. You will be able to independently verify this for yourself by looking for the following:

· You will see that during the checkout process, and particularly when prompted for your credit card details, the internet addresses for those pages begin with “https://” instead of “http://”. The “s” is short for SECURE and is the standard abbreviation used on all secure websites.

· Your web browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) will also display a padlock or golden key ( ) along the bottom of your browser window. This means the page is secure.

What happens after I have paid for my tickets?

You'll receive an email from housecustomerservices@teamgb.com to confirm your order.

Closer to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, we'll contact you via email when your mobile tickets are ready to access via the Team GB House Ticket Wallet.

We'll also issue you with instructions on how to download the ticket wallet app onto your mobile device.

Can I have a VAT invoice for my tickets?

You can download one from your Team GB House ticket account. Simply click 'Print Order Summary' to download a copy.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

You can switch your tickets to another night, subject to availability. As long as there is availability on the night you would like to move your tickets to, we will honour that request at no extra cost. Simply contact housecustomerservices@teamgb.com to request the ticket switch.

Unfortunately, once you have purchased your ticket it is not possible to cancel your tickets and no refund will be available to you.

Will I get a refund if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed?

Unfortunately, once you have purchased your ticket it is not possible to cancel or change your tickets, and no refund will be available to you.

If you purchased insurance through Secure My Booking, visit their website for information about submitting a claim.

There are no adult tickets left in the category I want, can I buy a child’s ticket?

Unfortunately, only children aged 4-12 can enter using a child's ticket.

I want to buy a ticket for my child but all the child tickets are sold out – what shall I do?

If the child tickets are sold out, please buy a regular ticket.

Can I buy tickets from secondary agents?

No, tickets are only available from the official Team GB website.

Receiving your tickets

How and when will I receive my ticket?

We're using mobile ticketing as a secure, sustainable method for distributing tickets to our events.

Closer to the Games, we'll contact you via email when your mobile tickets are ready to access via the Team GB House Ticket Wallet.

We'll also issue you with instructions on how to download the ticket wallet app onto your mobile device.

What if my email address has changed since I bought my tickets?

Please contact us at housecustomerservices@teamgb.com, as we need your email address to communicate with you about your ticket delivery.

What if I’m buying tickets for other people? How will they get the tickets?

You'll be able to send your friends/family/colleagues their ticket via the Team GB House Ticket Wallet.

We'll contact you about this closer to the Games.

What happens if I don’t have a smartphone?

Please contact us for support if you don't have a smartphone.

Planning your visit

How do I get to the venue?

Address: Pavillon d’Armenonville Allée de Longchamp, 75116 Paris.

By public transport: The Team GB House is a few minutes walk from the Station Porte Maillot (Exit 3) on Metro line 1. Please note there is no lift facility at this Metro station.

By car – unfortunately there is no parking at the venue but taxis will be able to drop you off on the road.

Please check the Eurostar website for trains to and from the UK.

Please check the Paris24 website  for other useful information about travelling around Paris.

What time does my session start?

Sessions are likely to start at 7pm, and finish at 11pm. Exact start and finish times for each session/event will be confirmed closer to the Games because it is influenced by the daily Olympic Games competition schedule.

Are children permitted?

Yes, and child tickets are available for ages 4-12. Children aged three or under go free, although please note there are no baby change facilities at the venue. Please contact us if you are bringing a child aged three or under.

Is the entertainment suitable for children?

No adult content will be scheduled or planned, but as with any live show featuring guests and reactions in real time, parental guidance is recommended.

Are there baby facilities at the Team GB House?

Unfortunately, there are no baby change facilities at the venue.

The cloakroom will accept folding buggies.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, but we can only accept bags up to 25 litres in size (equivalent to a small handbag or backpack). Please do not bring anything bigger as it will not be permitted.

Folding buggies, umbrellas and wheelchairs are also permitted. Please see the section on ‘conditions of entry’ for more information on what you can bring with you.

All items will be scanned prior to entry.

How accessible is the Team GB House? Can I bring my assistance dog?

The Team GB Lounge, entrance area and cloakrooms are fully accessible and assistance dogs are welcome.

Please note the Porte Maillot metro station does not have a lift.

I know an athlete who will be competing, can I meet them at the House?

Yes, but you will need to buy a ticket to gain entry.

If you are an athlete’s nominated ‘Nearest and Dearest’ you and/or your athlete will receive separate information from the British Olympic Association about where and when you can meet up during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

What do I need to enter the Team GB House?

You need a valid ticket and ID (passport or driving license).

To keep our guests safe, all guests are subject to search on entry.

What can I bring into the venue?

Bags up to a maximum of 25 litres are permitted (equivalent to a small handbag or backpack). All items will be scanned prior to entry. Please do not bring anything bigger as it will not be permitted.

The venue has a no smoking policy including e-cigarettes and vapes.

Small folding buggies, umbrellas and wheelchairs are allowed.

Please refer to the ticket T&C’s for a full list of prohibited items.

Can I bring celebratory items such as flags or banners?

These items are not permitted.

Can I bring my own food?

Water in plastic or metal bottles up to 75cl in volume is permitted.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Team GB House, except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds or baby food/milk. Only food and drink purchased in the Team GB House may be consumed in the venue.

Can I bring my camera and take pictures?

You are welcome to bring your personal camera (with a lens less than 20cm in size) and take pictures during the event, for personal use only. Professional cameras are not permitted.
