Britain and London take centre stage this week with festivals in cycling and triathlon hitting our shores. We give a flavour of the Olympic sport taking place this week below:
Triathlon’s World Series Final descends on London with brothers Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee both set to battle it out for the sport’s top prize this season.
There’s also a host of junior and age-group races in the capital in addition to the men’s and women’s elite events while further north and cycling’s Tour of Britain begins.
The eight-stage race gets underway in Peebles in Scotland on Sunday before making its way south next week while Britain’s men continue at the EuroBasket in Slovenia.
They have just one more match of the first round left to play while across the continent in the Czech Republic the canoe slalom World Championships take place in Prague.
