It's decision day for Glasgow as later today they will learn if they have been succesful in its bid to host the 2018 Youth Olympic Games. The announcement will be made in Lausanne, Switzerland, by the International Olympic Committe where Glasgow are up against Buenos Aires in Argentina and Medellin in Colombia
