Walsh in hockey team for China clash

Great Britain women's hockey captain Kate Walsh was named in the starting line-up for her side's Pool A match against China - six days after breaking her jaw.

The 32-year-old had a plate inserted to stabilise the fracture on Monday and returned to the Olympic village on Wednesday.

She was on the bench for Thursday's win over Belgium in a non-playing capacity but having had a fitness test on Friday coach Danny Kerry has decided she is ready to return to competitive action.

Great Britain need only a point to qualify for the semi-finals with a match to spare.
