Captain Judy Murray has named her team for the Fed Cup clash in Israel next month.
The four-strong party consists of Laura Robson and Heather Watson - who on Monday became the first British women in 26 years to be in the world's top 50 at the same time - debutant Johanna Konta and Anne Keothavong.
Elena Baltacha is ruled out through injury but will still travel with the team.
"We have a great squad and will be aiming to put ourselves in World Group contention again," Murray said.
Great Britain, along with 15 other nations, are vying to take one of the top two spots on offer and progress to the World Group II play-offs in April.
The tie takes place between February 6 and 9.
