Great Britain's diving pair Tom Daley and Peter Waterfield narrowly missed out on a medal in the men's synchronised 10m platform as they finished fourth.
The duo finished on a score of 454.65 as Chinese pair Cao Yuan and Zhang Yanquan took the gold with an impressive total of 486.78.
The Brits were made to pay for a weak fourth dive where they recorded a disappointing score of 71.28.
Mexico's Ivan Garcia Navarro and German Sanchez Sanchez took silver with Americans David Boudia and Nicholas McCrory claiming bronze.
