BIOGRAPHY

Nick Gleeson was selected for his first Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang in 2018, just two years after his maiden bobsleigh appearance for Great Britain.

In the four-man bob piloted by Brad Hall – alongside Joel Fearon and Greg Cackett – Gleeson and co finished 17th in South Korea.

The same year as his bobsleigh debut, he was given the Novice Award at the 2016 British Championships following his performances on the ice.

A member of the 3rd Battalion Parachute Regiment, Gleeson made his World Cup debut in the 2017/2018 season, recording three top-ten finishes in the four-man competitions, including placing ninth in Whistler in November.
