Mo seeking to defend 10k crown in London

Mo Farah will open his Olympic summer season at the Bupa London 10,000 a week on Sunday.

The world 5,000 metres champion will bid for his fourth straight title in the 10 kilometres road race as he gears up for an assault on double gold in the capital this summer.

The 29-year-old, looking to bounce back from a disappointing indoor season, will take on Scott Overall, who will represent Great Britain in the marathon at the Olympics.

Mara Yamauchi, also in the marathon team for London 2012, will lead the British challenge in the women's race.
