Lewis joint fifth in pole vault final

Team GB's Steve Lewis was pleased to finish joint-fifth following the pole vault final at the Olympic Stadium with a best of 5.75m.

"It was an amazing final, I gave it my best shot," he said after recording the same mark as Russia's Evgeniy Lukyanenko.

"It was my second best height this season, second highest I have cleared ever in my career."
