Another gold as Laugher returns to form in Canada

Jack Laugher scooped his third World Diving Series title of the season claiming another 3m springboard gold in Canada.

Laugher won in Dubai and Kazan but disappointed during the recent London leg of the six city series, which builds up to this summer's World Championship in Russia.

But he was back to his best, scoring 526.30 points to hold off the challenge of China's He Chao and Mexico's Rommel Pachecho.

It means with one round of the series remaining, he enjoys a commanding nine point lead in the overall rankings over nearest rival, Germany's Patrick Hausding, who was not competing this weekend.

Elsewhere, there was a surprise bronze for Great Britain's Tom Daley and Alicia Blagg in the new 3m mixed synchro event.
