Team GB Fan Engagement & CRM Manager

This is an exciting new role at the British Olympic Association. The Fan Engagement & CRM Manager is responsible for our fan engagement strategy from conceptualisation through to delivery across Team GB and Partner channels. The role is focused on growing and developing a valuable Team GB membership database, and delivering targeted messages to drive engagement, monetisation and deeper consumer insights. This includes idea generation, liaising with internal teams to ensure cross-planning, overseeing the production process and managing the execution.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager, the Fan Engagement & CRM Manager will need to be able to work cross-functionally to account for communications, marketing and commercial messaging and content requirements. The Fan Engagement & CRM Manager should be creative, self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have knowledge of current email best practices and a demonstrable understanding of CRM, fan acquisition and engagement.
