Liam Phillips has competed for Team GB at three Olympic Games, in Beijing, London and Rio.
The Somerset-born BMX rider was an Olympic finalist in 2012, before claiming a world title in Auckland the following year.
Phillips reached the quarter-finals at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, but crashed with Latvia’s Maris Strombergs, forcing the Brit to withdraw from the competition.
In 2017, Phillips opened a café in Altrincham alongside fellow Olympians Fran Halsall and Jess Varnish.
