Biography

Having made his Olympic debut at London 2012 at the age of just 19, Pitchford is now a two-time national individual champion having won the last two editions of the competition. He also became the first ever Englishman to win an individual table tennis medal at the Commonwealth Games, when he took bronze at Glasgow 2014, alongside team and mix-doubles silver.

He will be competing at the European Games at Baku 2015
