Biography

Ellie Koyander represented Team GB in ski moguls at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. The Vancouver Games were Koyander's first Olympic Winter Games, where she placed 24th.

Koyander can’t remember a time when she didn’t know how to ski. In fact, she started learning at the tender age of 21 months, on a family holiday to Italy and won her first race at the age of just five.

Following this, success as a junior continued; becoming the first British Skier to win the French under-16 title.

Her World Cup debut on the senior circuit came at the age of 16, and she has since dedicated herself to the sport, despite bring Britain’s only full-time woman moguls skier.

In her spare time, Koyander likes fly fishing and learning to play the guitar.
